Ans. We deliver in 5 to 10 business days. However, the delivery time is different for bridal wear; their delivery is determined after we check your requirements.
Q2. Can I change my order after placing it?
Ans. No, the order cannot be changed once it is placed but you may contact us if your order is not in processing.
Q3. Can I cancel my order?
Ans. Yes, you can unless your order is processing.
Q4. Can I return the dress?
Ans. Unfortunately, since all these dresses are custom made and are subject to perfect fitting and minor/some customization there is no return policy.
Q5. What is the payment method?
Ans. There are three payment methods which you can use. One is Paypal, Second is Bank Transfer and the third is Credit Card payment (Visa Debit/Credit, Master Debit/Credit)
Q6. What is the ordering process?
Ans. First you will visit our website and select your favorite product. After that, you can add the number/quantity in the tab which is next go the product you want to purchase. Then click ‘add to cart’ and you can add as much products as you want.
Then the next step is when you are done with browsing, you have to click on ‘proceed to checkout.’ You will be directed to a page on which you have to opt the payment method. After this, you will get an email or message of sales invoice having verification that we have received your order. Thus, your order will be placed.
Q7. How will I come to know about confirmation of my order?
Ans. Your order will be confirmed by a phone call via our Customer Service Team.
Q8. Is there any exchange policy?
Ans. Yes, we have an exchange policy. If you want to exchange your ordered product with another item then you can do so within 7 days of purchase. The bill must be shown to us for exchange.
Q9. What is the method of changing shipping address?
Ans. You can change your shipping address by logging in to your account. When you will sign in, you have to click on ‘My Account’ from where you can edit or add new details in your account and save them for the orders you will take in future. However, if you want to change your shipping address while your order has been confirmed then you have to contact our customer support service team promptly. Your shipping address will be changed by our team in case the order is not processed.
